In the basic FORGEVENT version, control valves are available in various nominal sizes and are designed according to the ECOTROL^® principle. We rely here on the proven, both standardised and diverse trims. Due to the clamped design, internal leaks between the seat and body are consigned to the past.

The FORGEVENT forged valve in angle design is based on the same components as the straight-pattern control valve variant. This series is used in applications up to 650°C and PN720/Class 4500. With additional special tests for the housing and the bonnet, higher nominal pressure levels are possible. The angle-control valve proves its clear advantages in highly demanding control tasks such as cavitation or flashing. Due to the separate seat ring, optionally available as solid stellite or with stellited sealing edge, only this needs to be replaced. This is possible without the use of special tools.

The forged valves are available in welding end design up to nominal size DN65/2 1/2″. They meet both DIN and ASME standards and can therefore be used worldwide. We adapt the welded ends in the inlet and outlet to your pipeline and pay attention to the suitable weldability of the materials.
