In the case of large pneumatic actuators equipped with positioner only, unacceptable long positioning times will occur. For many applications, however, longer operating times are not acceptable because the control valve must be opened or closed much faster to avoid plant damage and the resulting high follow-up costs. This is where our accessories for positioning time optimization provide a remedy!
With the help of boosters, throttle valves, quick exhaust valves and appropriately dimensioned filter reducer stations and piping, ARCA’s know-how offers you positioning times down to 1 s in stable and vibration-free control operation or on/off operation.
