Practical seminar “Control valves and positioners”

Our training courses get your employees into shape for the perfect “flow” of your process. Participants will get a comprehensive overview of our products and the structure of our control valves.

The first thematic block consists of explanations of the functional principle of our positioner technology and accessories. The first part is rounded off by a presentation of the extensive control, monitoring and diagnostic options.

The second thematic block is the practical part, in which the participants gain hands-on experience. You will be instructed and accompanied by our experienced technicians, who will assist you with valuable tips gained from decades of practice in the maintenance and servicing of our control valves.

The seminar is aimed at employees of the companies that use our valves and service companies that are responsible for the maintenance of our control valves.

Structure of the control valves based on our exhibits
Structure and functional principle of the ARCAPRO®/Sipart PS2 positioner
Diagnostic functions of the ARCAPRO®/Sipart PS2 positioner
Explanations of the accessories for a control valve
Replacement of sealing and guide elements of ECOTROL® control valves
Replacement of sealing and guide elements of ARCADRIVE actuators
Assembly and calibration of the ARCAPRO® / Siemens Sipart PS2 positioner
Pressure, leak and function test
