We have been training since the beginning of our business activities. Over the past seven decades, more than 330 apprentices have received their training at ARCA, far more than our own needs.
In our training workshop, qualified and experienced trainers take care of the young people who are preparing themselves with us for future-oriented professions.
Currently, these are:
cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) and technical product designer (m/f/d)

The training of young talent has always been one of our most important and responsible tasks. The qualification of our employees is the guarantee for the quality of our products and the continued existence of our company. Each individual counts and contributes to the common success!
