Knowledge – our resource of the future
We are constantly facing new technical challenges in a world that is continuously evolving. Further education and permanent learning in a knowledge-driven company like ARCA is of fundamental importance, not only to react to these challenges, but also to enable personal growth and creativity in dealing with new questions.
Further education and training has many facets at ARCA. As diverse as our employees themselves are, so diverse and different can the solutions and ways of further education be. Basically, we always support the effort and the will to develop further in our own fields of work.
The offers of further education and training extend to all employee groups, whether newcomers or long-standing experts. It ranges from the apprentices, e.g. in exam preparation, to the experienced senior engineer, e.g. for highly specific questions in the field of thermodynamics.
The spectrum ranges from special sponsorships and further training in individual cases (e.g. welding engineer) to comprehensively relevant questions that affect entire departments (e.g. new CAD applications in design) to offers that are open to the entire company (e.g. English training). Some things have a regular character, others arise on a case-by-case basis. Our superiors are grateful for the employees’ own initiative and open to ideas that their employees bring to the table. There are no “off-the-shelf” solutions here.
As a result of the megatrends of digitisation and flexibilisation, our formats, content, platforms, temporal and local use as well as cooperations will continue to develop in the future. Despite this, in a company with a high manufacturing depth such as ARCA, the classic “hands-on” further training for the development of practical techniques has by no means become obsolete, but represents another important building block, e.g. as part of on-the-job training on our state-of-the-art, networked machining centres.
