High-pressure valve 130

Our HIGHPRESSVENT series 130 is a high-pressure straight-way control valve with the pressure class PN400/Class 2500. Based on cast models, a wide variety of materials are available, from corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys and cast steel to heat-resistant high-temperature materials. The flexibility can also be found in the pipe connection options: The control valves are available with butt welding ends, extensions or flanges. Various bonnet designs from the ARCA modular system, such as cooling fins or bellows, round off the variant options.

For high-pressure valves and applications with high temperatures, such as those often found in the power plant sector, the bonnet with self-sealing (Brettschneider) ring closure has proven itself and thus established itself in the nominal sizes DN80 to DN200. Due to the constructive design of the sealing with higher pressure the cover gasket is compressed by the locking element thus increasing the sealing force towards the valve body and releasing pressure containing elements such as studs. Further stem sealings are also available for the HIGHPRESSVENT series such as the spring-loaded or adjustable packing, bellows sealing as well as packing with control connection.

The control tasks in the high-pressure range can differ a great deal. In some applications, flow rates should be controlled with the lowest possible pressure drop. In other applications, high pressures must be controlled safely and quietly. The high-pressure valve series is available with a wide variety of plug combinations for these purposes. The classic parabolic plug controls stably and accurately. Higher differential pressures are possible with the multi-stage perforated plug. Labyrinth plugs and perforated discs are used in order to counteract the noise development.
